Biography:

Ana spent five and a half years on her Specialist bachelor degree in Clinical Psychology and graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University in Russia. She currently attends the State University of Education in Moscow, Russia virtually and is finishing her Master’s degree in Counseling. Ana has experience working with adolescents and adults in clinical and forensic settings. She also has taught Special Education classes in the US and abroad. She is a compassionate listener who encourages individuals to live mindfully, seek solutions to life's challenges and reach for their goals while prioritizing self-care.

Fun Facts: Ana loves spending time with her family, gardening, snorkeling, and playing chess.
