    Cassandra is a veteran of the United States Air Force and has traveled around the world with her husband. She’s also a military spouse and has grown up in a military family. Cassandra obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. She works with adolescents, individuals, couples, adults, and families. She is dedicated to her clients’ care and services Fort Walton, Niceville, and surrounding communities. She’s passionate about helping people, from all cultural backgrounds, reach their absolute best versions of themselves mentally and emotionally. Cassandra enjoys researching new ideas to better benefit clients’ needs. Her philosophy is that the only battle you need to win is the one inside your mind. Cassandra is driven to help you take this journey to success and live life happily and fully.
