Hi, I’m Faith — a therapist with a background in entrepreneurship, workforce psychology, and over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. During my time behind the chair, I had the privilege of hearing countless personal stories. Listening as people shared their joys, heartbreaks, and everything in between became one of the most meaningful parts of my work. Through those conversations, I discovered my passion for supporting people beyond the surface — not just how they present to the world, but what they’re carrying inside.

That journey led me to become a therapist. Now, as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in Florida, I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, workplace stress, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting entrepreneurs, professionals, and those who often feel like they have to be the strong one for everyone else.

My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I use evidence-based practices, but above all, I focus on building a space where you feel safe, unfiltered, and truly heard. Together, we’ll work at your pace — toward clarity, relief, and reconnecting with the version of yourself that exists beyond just getting by.
