    Biography:

    I have had the privilege of serving as a military spouse for over 24 years, traveling around the world with my husband and our three children. I hold a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University, and my passion for knowledge and research led me to also earn a master's degree in Social Science, where I contributed to various research projects at Troy University. Over the years, I’ve worked with couples, individuals, and adolescents, and I am Level 2 trauma trained in EMDR. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist/Advanced through ICBCH. I am deeply committed to helping people overcome challenges and transform obstacles into opportunities, providing my clients with the best care possible. As someone of Polynesian and Asian descent, I enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life and learning from their diverse experiences.
