Whitnie Scruggs

Client Care Coordinator

Whitnie graduated from The University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. She has a professional background ranging from early childhood education to working with cancer patients in the medical field. She is passionate about helping others from all walks of life on their journey to wellness, both physically and mentally. As the Client Care Coordinator, Whitnie is here to support the clients of New Heights Counseling. Her role includes coordinating services, managing client inquiries, and providing a positive experience from initial contact to the completion of treatment. With her customer service background, Whitnie is dedicated to making sure all our clients have a pleasant experience while under our care.

Fun Facts: She was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She loves being an Aunt more than anything else! Reading fantasy fiction, spending time with her family, and volunteering at her church are some of her favorite activities.
