Counseling Services / Specialties

A standard clinical hour is 55 minutes long. This allows us a few minutes to chart on your session and respond to emails/phone messages before starting the next session. The first session (aka the intake session) lasts 60 minutes. Longer sessions are sometimes needed for Trauma, EMDR and Couples Counseling. There may be an additional fee for these sessions.
