    Biography:

Hi, I’m Steph. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Crown College and a Master’s degree in Counseling. My professional background includes work in higher education, particularly in administration and athletics. Through those experiences, I discovered a deep passion for guiding and supporting adolescents and young adults—an interest that ultimately led me into the mental health field.

I am committed to ongoing growth and learning so I can best support individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. With specialized training in EMDR (Level 2), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I integrate proven, evidence-based approaches to meet you exactly where you are.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and personalized. I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and grounded in trust. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore your story, build resilience, and move toward meaningful growth and lasting healing in a way that feels authentic to you.
